Varitek was a second contractor that our home warranty sent out and they were LOADS better than the first company. Xavier and another technician came out and asked us questions (before arrival and upon arrival). They arrived within the time window and let us know in plain English what was happening and that it wouldn’t be covered by our warranty. Their honesty and promptness got them hired to make the fix. Xavier was great with scheduling and arrived again within the time window and got us AC during the heatwave. We highly recommend and would use them again.

We received more services from Varitek recently- swapped out the central AC at my house. I had called Varitek in because I trust them. My management company had originally dispatched another vendor who had failed to correctly diagnose the issue and resolve it. So, after paying that vendor for essentially nothing good, I told the management company I would get my own HVAC vendor. I reached out to Xavier to see if he could come by, check it out, and give me an estimate. When that was done, I agreed to the service, and Varitek came out and had everything up and running in a couple of days. As always, excellent, conscientious work, at a good value.
