We received more services from Varitek recently- swapped out the central AC at my house. I had called Varitek in because I trust them. My management company had originally dispatched another vendor who had failed to correctly diagnose the issue and resolve it. So, after paying that vendor for essentially nothing good, I told the management company I would get my own HVAC vendor. I reached out to Xavier to see if he could come by, check it out, and give me an estimate. When that was done, I agreed to the service, and Varitek came out and had everything up and running in a couple of days. As always, excellent, conscientious work, at a good value.

I also had them repair my parents central AC system a few years back, and that service was also excellent. Incredible vendor!

I was super lucky that I was able to have Xavier come and fix our AC unit during the recent heat wave. He was very responsive and simplified things to help us understand the issue. He was punctual and very respectful and that’s all you can ask for when looking for help. I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with other vendors but Xavier went above and beyond to make sure our family was taking care of.
